Our leadership operates under a Member-Controlled governance structure, ensuring accountability and diligence in all matters. The Board of Trustees oversees the Fund, adhering strictly to the Pension Funds Act. To manage its responsibilities effectively, the Board has established five specialized Sub-Committees to assist it. These include the Investment Sub-Committee, Legal, Audit and Governance Sub-Committee, Death Claims Sub-Committee, Administration Sub-Committee, and Communications Sub-Committee.
